If this is Westervelt property, make me the 3rd to tell you, I would never deal with "BB" again personally. All he shows interest in is making sure your check shows up on time. The rest doesn't matter unless it means $ for them, which I understand to a point, but I feel like their customer service sucks majorly. Are you talking about Bill Baker?
