The guys that are asking these ridiculous prices for these small tracts of land are plain ignorant and know very little about turkey and their habits. I'm not paying it and I'll hunt public land or join a quality club for that kind of money. I had one guy that tried to lease 500 acres tell me...."During deer season I'll see 20 to 30 Tom's walking single file by me on the roads with beards on the ground, have seen several albinos over the years."  Did you get his growers name cause I want some of that chit!! Did you at least tell him about your squatch and black painter that live in your back yard.
