I have a pallet load of cork sheets that are I think 28"x50" and .990" thick. Thought about using it to insulate a shooting house but I haven't done it and now need to make room in the storage building. Yeah they are big and are heavier than you would think. Would make for great sound proofing and will hold in heat real nice.
Or use for art projects, displays anything else you might have an idea to do with it.
Sheets are sealed in sets of 5 to keep out moisture
$5 a sheet!!!
I may trade it all for something I can use
I'm in Hartselle but will meet within reason

How soft are they? Thinking about shop floor cushioning. Could you drive a car on top of them?

I will also add cork is great for sound proofing. In particular the frequencies around human voices and below. Extreme low frequencies not as much. I used to design and install expensive home theaters in college
