If it doesn't have shoulder straps put you a set of suspenders on it and you will be set. I have a turkey thug turkey fanny sack and had to put the suspenders on it to keep it around my waist once loader with my gear. I hunted with that set up for years until I started carrying a satchel.

ive hunted with the speed seat for over 10 years. they discontinued them for a few years and I was sick because mine was getting pretty worn. glad they came back out. I ordered 2 so as to have one to put back. love mine .
