spread it out. Spread cream cheese on it. sprinkle some southern flavor on cream cheese. Take a jar of jalepenos and put jalepenos in center. roll up cubesteak, rap in bacon and throw it on the grill. You might need a few toothpicks to hold it together.

My wife doesn't like it grilled. She is a pain in the ass when it comes to textures and she doesn't like it grilled because of the texture. Crazy ass women.

Never knew there was any other way than frying it. That's the way to go...fried with some homemade biscuits...

Marinate in Italian (gasp) and throw on hot grill.
Also very good when marinated in French dressing and grilled the same way.
Ya'll are just overthinking it now

Ive actually gotten where I like dehydrating it for jerky. Takes less time and is a little less tough.

Cube steak and gravy. Put a little olive oil and butter in a pan and get it hot. Throw in the cube steak with salt, pepper, and garlic. Put the lid on and turn it down. Cook until done. DONT overcook it. Remove meat from pan. Add a little flour to the drippings and stir well to make a brown gravy. Put meat back into gravy and mix it all up. Fix some homemade mashed potatoes and green beans and you’ve got a fine meal. This is my kids favorite deer meat meal.
