Might be some truth to that.

There are some that would and what they are proposing looks exactly like what a democrat would have proposed prior to Obama Care. I think for a lot of other republican voters the new has worn off and the only thing keeping them from completely losing it on Trump is the media's relentless and baseless attacks on him. I don't think voters would let him go back on his promises so easily , otherwise. Most politicians can get away with it because voters expect it but I think people expected Trump to be different.

I wish Mike Lee would run next time. I think he's more electable even if his resume' isn't as impressive.

I don't agree with some things Rand has supported but he's got a pretty strong record of being on the right side of most issues. I hope these three can kill this bill and make the president and congress give the people what was promised.

Some would, but this healthcare deal is a pretty big screw job. It's the one issue that affects our pocket books the most. I think that many of his die hard supporters see that and don't like it. He needs to be pulled back in line.

I was hoping Trump would use the bully pulpit on this issue to force Congress to do what they had been promising since the ACA was passed. Im not sure if he has been convinced full repeal wasn't possible or a good move, or if he never intended to repeal it in the first place. Really not super shocked at how most in the Republican Party have squandered a golden opportunity to really get government out of healthcare. I'm hoping this bill dies and the primaries get the message across to the GOP, but I'm not going to hold my breath.

I'm afraid it's going to be Single Payer no matter what. Probably be able to supplement Single Payer with better insurance etc... kind of like supplemental for Medicaid.

The outreaching tentacles were designed to make it impossible to remove and make everyone happy.
