I am going back and forth on which rangefinder to buy. For all of you with rangefinders with angle compensation do you think it makes a big difference?

I just bought the Nikon archers choice from bass pro shop ... 219 .. It's 279 at academy .. And yes the arc makes a small difference .. With a bow it's a matter of inches

I've got a Leupold with the angle compensation. If you're hunting the hills of north Alabama it might be useful. Here in west central Alabama, the most I've ever noticed in compensating is 3 yards. This was inside 30 yards and that's not necessarily enough to make you miss a deer sized vital area.

I have the Nikon version. Got it from nighthunter. Works well. I keep angle Compensation on during rifle hunts too.

I've used a non-angle compensated Leica for years without any problems. Just a gimmick to sell more stuff...

If I rifle hunted in the steep mountains I'd have one...

My bushnell has ARC and I've never noticed much difference.

I have some Leupold RX600 with no angle compensation and i have never had a problem. With that said hunting N. Alabama i will probably get some with Angle Compensation, just in case is needs to make a difference.

If you only climb 12 ft in a ladder stand I'm sure there's not much difference .. I climb 30 + sometimes and yes there is a difference .. !

30'………you can have that. The highest I typically get is 15-20'.
