When I got my bow set up a couple years ago, I had it set to 65# for the practice months... Recommendation was 400 (spline) arrows. I bumped it up to 70# once the season started and stayed with the 400's. I just looked at a chart that recommended 340-370 splines. What's gained by going that route OR what's wrong with sticking with the 400's? Shoots straight and kills stuff already. OK, what was the result with your 400 grade arrows at 70? Did they perform well? If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
