I love it. But it in a pan, crack some eggs over it and put it in the oven. Fine eating. My 9 year old loves the stuff too. This^^^^^^  Or crack some eggs over and scramble in a pan.

The way I do it is to spread it in the pan. Then get a small diameter glass or cup. Make like indentions in the top of the hash with the bottom of the cup. Crack the egg and fill up the little pocket. Bake it until the eggs are done to your liking ( basically like a fried egg) on 350.

I cant cook worth a dang...but when Im at camp alone that is my favorite meal to make. Heck...even I can cook it.
I like to brown it a little too...and then a couple eggs, some ketchup, hot sauce and 4 slices of bread.
Dang...now Im hungry!

Love it, made some with some cabbage out of the garden a couple months ago, it was fine. That gave me an idea. Sometimes I cut the core out of a cabbage and put some butter in the cavity and then stick it on the grill. That's some good stuff. Why not open it up a little wider and put some corned beef hash in the cavity? TC, your a genius.

Had some for breakfast in a diner in PA this week. It was home fries topped with hash, topped with cheddar cheese, topped with 2 eggs over easy!! If you were in Pennsylvania, did you have corned beef hash or was it scrapple? Friend of mine from there loves scrapple. Pig 'trimmings' and parts turned into mush mixed with cornmeal, flour and spices into a loaf. Sorta like minced souse, I guess. Sounds like catfish bait for a slat box.
