I hate wasps too it's like they zone in on me. I bet I've been stung 200 times in the last 10 years if I've been stung once.

I'm scared of two things. Mice and rats. I don't mean I don't like them, I mean if I see one you better get out of my way or 270lbs of man is fixing to run over you.
When I was still working in the chicken business, I walked into a control room at the center of a chicken house. The 30 year old 6'2" 350lb grower was right behind me. When I stepped in the door, a 10" long roof rat ran across the water line about 4 feet in front of me. I turned and took a half a step and hit the grower right in the chest with my head and shoulder. I knocked him off his feet, flat of his back. If I could have hit people that hard when playing high school football, I would likely had scholarship offers to any college I wanted to play at.
I'm not joking, I hate rats. I don't care if they are 1/2" long and pink with their eyes still closed. I'll hurt somebody and not mean to.
If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14

I dont like spiders but can live with them if they are not on me. To me the worst part about early bow season is walking through the spiderwebs in the dark. Nothin as nerving as walking through one and feel him on your neck. Now wasps, bees etc... Total freakout. I wish someone would time me in the 40 when I'm running from them and I promise I'm the fastest cracker on the planet.
If your decoy doesnt have holes in it, your not letting him get close enough... J.H.

Certain situation on ladders and roofs really get me. Ladders over concrete--my legs wobble if I'm up high enough to be on the single rungs. Same situation over grass then zero issues. I guess I'd rather eat grass than concrete. Steep pitch roofs on a multi-story building/house, especially metal roofs. Heart races and I cannot move like normal. The worst: Coming off a high steep pitched roof onto a ladder extended all the way (20-24') over concrete and there is only 1 or 2 rungs showing over the roof edge to hold onto...then you have to squat down, turn around and swing your leg over to get on the ladder while not slipping off the steep roof. Dang that gets me all the time. I've prayed hard many a time in that situation for courage to man up and proceed. Ain't been stuck yet but I've gotten pretty "squirrely" up there. What helped was some special roof boots that have this special foam padded sole....OUTSTANDING traction and hardly any slip but on the steepest, slickest metal roofs. It has helped me with my steep roof falling fears. I see roofers with the grace of dancers in worn out old sneakers and it blows my mind. Cougar Paws--worth every penny! http://www.cougarpaws.com/en/2-shoes-boots

I'm not joking, I hate rats. I don't care if they are 1/2" long and pink with their eyes still closed. I'll hurt somebody and not mean to. here's one for you then. Vietnam, 1970, monsoon season, flooded underground bunker. Had about 6" of water in the bottom, rats started getting flooded out. Would run over you at night, crap on you, fall on you. Big nasty brown jungle rats. So big that I've seen Cambodians catch them bare handed, bash its head, skin, gut, skewer on a couple of sections of rifle cleaning rods, then grill and eat with pure happiness. Big as small chickens. One night the guy asleep in the bunk bed above me woke up with a rat on his chest nibbling on his ear. He backhanded it against the wall. It fell down on me, ran up my shirtless chest, and latched on to my lip. I sat up with it hanging there. I grabbed it with both hands and jerked it off. Still have a scar. Another time, same place, ambush patrol, eight of us in the jungle, six facing one way, two the other, tied in line loosely wrist to wrist with fishing line so you could let the others know when you heard something. In the jungle you couldn't see anything so you just flipped on your back and listened. You get real good at knowing what is and isn't out there. I heard something coming my way. It was scampering go I knew it was animal but didn't know what. It got closer, closer, then stopped right in front of me. The guy beside me threw a rock and hit it. It squealed and ran right up my left pants leg. I stopped it at the knee. I'm jerking around, pulling the line, getting everyone excited, finally my buddy crawls over and helps me get him out. Best part is none of us (but the rat) made a sound.

My phobia is rodents of any kind from little pinky's to hamsters but especially mice and rats.I hate to say it but if put in the wrong situation I would probably hurt my own mother to get away from a rat.I just kinda lose all sense of reasoning when I see one.I actually packed up and moved out of a rental house one time because I saw rat chit inna drawer.I paid the termination fee and went on my way.The landlord was really nice and offered to have a pest guy come out.I just couldnt do it after having knowledge that the critters were there. My dad says whats freaky is I will go out of my way to catch a snake-any kind-but I'm scared to death of a mouse.

What do you expect to get when you jerk off a rat? And thank you for your service...rat infested bunkers doesn't sound like fun.

I've heard that Cuz-Pat will act like a little girl in the presence of a frog. Not going to deny it at all. I cannot stand any kind of frog or toad. Just the sight of them sends chills all over me. I don't know why I have a phobia over them and have no desire to find out why. Don't need any treatment or counseling either. I just stay away from them. Several years back we were at work one day doing some 5S work in the plant. We were in the men's bathroom painting and I had a 9" roller on a 4' extension and was painting the block walls. A co-worker came in with a frog and started trying to put it on me. I told him I'd hurt him if he didn't stop. He didn't listen and I finally freaked out in fear and swung the paint roller like a baseball bat and hit him square across the back. Broke the 4' extension and covered his back in paint. He got rid of the frog. Another time I hit a buddy with a piece of pipe because he thought it would be funny to put a toad on me. After telling him 4 or 5 times I was going to hit him I finally did because he just kept right on trying to put it on me. Someone will cause me to have a heart attack one day over a stupid frog. I get so scared & freaked out with fear I believe I could kill someone, unintentionally, of course.

Speaking of frogs I caught wind that this fairy acting guy at work was deathly afraid of frogs so I did what any man would do and found a toad to put on him. I slipped into the room where he was sitting in a chair and slipped it over his shoulder. He came unglued...ran from the building crying and across the lawn to his office. He came out about 10 minutes later still shaken. Long story short I found out when he was a kid some sicko molested him and put live frogs on him while he was in the woods.
Talk about feeling like a POS.

I'll hurt somebody and not mean to. here's one for you then. Roadkill, I hope to meet you one day. If nothing else, just to shake your hand. Thanks for all you've done for this nation.

Can't say that I'm really afraid of anything.
I can't stand ticks of anykind. I guess I have a fear of one getting on me in a spot that I can't see and giving me Lyme disease. X2!!!
