IIRC it was a additional $50 over the cost of just the product for them to come spread it so I just buy and spread myself.

I've tried a lot of different products and the absolutely best stuff I have used is Fertilome. If you get on their schedule and treat as directed for one FULL growing season, you will have a really nice lawn. It is a little more pricey than the Home Depot/Lowes products but this stuff works!

If you were to take a picture of my property line you could see what I am talking about! Neighbors yard is full of crabgrass, dandelions, and everything else. You would have to hunt for a weed in ours......

with the use of Fertilome, The UPS driver refers our house to "Little Augusta". I had to tell my wife that was a compliment.

I have had great outcomes with vigro pre emergent and weed and feed. you must use it year round every 2-3 mos as far as pre emergent and I spot spray with 2-4-d if necessary...

Hunter turf and field is who all of my neighbors and i use. Theyre great and you will be surprised how hard they work and we only pay them two bags of corn per visit. I highly recommend this company. thumbup
