Looking for a new arrow and thinking of going with these. Do they give me best bang for the money or do you find another in that price range better. What spine do you recommend. I shoot a 70 pound elite answer 29 inch draw if any of that matters. Thanks for any help.

You'll need a 340 spine. Best bang for the money would be a Gold Tip XT 7595.

I shot Goldtip years ago and switched to Easton Axis 400's. The first dozen Axis arrows lasted me through about 18 deer/hog kills over several years. My old Goldtips never got close to that kind of durability.

Easton axis are some good arras. This past season was my first year shooting them. I killed 6 deer and missed 2 more with the same arrow. It would still be in my quiver but I broke it on the last deer I shot with it. I shot her straight down and spine shot her. She fell on the arrow....

I've shot Axis 340s for 12 years. Tough arras. Only other arras I have considered are the full metal jackets.

I like them and have used them for several years. I think you get better broadhead alignment because the broadhead fits snuggly inside the shaft, not an insert. My only issue is lighted knocks, I like the TGBs but they don't make them for Axis.
