An Ol'man won't let you down? HUH? Well, it almost did when I was approx 25' up. I hate OM climbers and yes, I'd rather hunt from the ground than ever use one again!!!! Anything can happen, no matter what climber you have. Don't discount all Ol' man climbers! What exactly happened though? I use two Ole Man's and curious what happened also?

I would never get in another ole man. They are horrible on hard bark trees and uncomfortable to boot. x2 on this.... I have one... But it will not go any Oak at all... Poplar is about all I will put it on....

What was wrong with the old pins. Use to have one that had the locking pins. Bought a new one and it had the pins that had the screw on knobs. I'd rather have the old locking pin ones. Nothing. People just didn't put the loop in the notch and they would come out or get knocked out. Then said people sued so they made new pain in the butt pins to keep from getting sued.
