Seek the help of an experienced shooter. Shooting a bow accurately is all about consistency. He must anchor the same way every time. This is where having an experienced shooter working with him will come into play. They will be able to help him come up with anchor points that he will be able to repeat each time easily. Plus there's a lot of basic stuff to do with form and stance that has to be taught in person.
