Thought I would share. Some of y'all may want to try it. I got this idea after looking inside one of those rattle bags at wal-mart. A couple of years back I saved all the bones from the front legs of some deer that I had killed. I dried them out and any bigger round bones I cut the ends off and hollowed them out. The other bones I just cut in half to make two 6 or 7 inch long pieces. I then placed them in cloth bag with a DRAw string and attached a piece of elastic to hold them together. It sounds identical to a set of rattling horns. Works great if any of y'all wanna try it. Will post pictures if any of y'all wanna see them.

You could also use cut up antlers.

I knew a young guy who came in the clubhouse telling us he had a new rattling system! He took out his grunt call and started beating it on his scope!
We ask him if it worked and he said "Not yet!"
We just let him experiment the rest of the year!
