I shot this buck yesterday morning. This is the largest deer I have shot.

Very Nice Deer Congrats

Dang good one. How did the hunt go down.

I got to my stand around 5:30 a.m., and about 6:00 a deer came cruising through (it was too dark to tell how big it was). At about 6:30 three does grazed around the field. About 20 minutes later I looked to my right, and this deer, a doe, a 6-point and a spike was in the field. I put my scope on the deer, but the does head was in my way of the vitals. I waited, and the doe dropped her head to the ground, the rest is history. He dropped in his tracks. The funny thing, the 6 point and the spike came back to the field and proceeded to taunt the dead buck. They did this for about five minutes.

I killed this deer near Rock City, Al (Winfield) on family owned property. There have been several nice deer killed on this property, but this is the biggest.
