Blatant Ctrl C + Ctrl V

I am in support of this for all Sheriffs that try to curb your rights.

Here is the 5 minute action plan for the week. Gun Owners, take 5 minutes and contact the NRA-ILA division at
https://www.nraila.org/secure/contact-us.aspx
And by phone Mon-Fri at
18003928683

Unfortunately the NRA is notorious for endorsing incumbents, unless Antigun activities can be documented. We do not need Boss Hoss to get an endorsement from the NRA. Please use these points when contacting them. Limit your points to those items that can be documented. Here is a good start

1. Huey Mack was going to enforce a gun ban in county buildings. An act that was illegal under Alabama's preemption law, despite the fact that the District Attorney warned him this was illegal.
http://blog.al.com/live/2010/10/post_91.html

2. Hoss Mack will not sign Form 4 documents for lawful citizens to purchase NFA weapons, despite the fact that weapons on this registry are never used in crimes. Currently the District Attorney's Office will sign the forms for non prohibited persons.

3. Mack opposed the NRA gun bill and despite the fact that it passed, his permitting offices hand out flyers that are misleading and directly contradict the newly written law 13A-11-52. This is none other than misleading scare tactics to thwart lawful citizens from exercising their God given rights.

4. Sheriff Mack maintains the highest pistol permit fee in the whole state of Alabama. The actual law is set by local legislation and reads "Not to exceed 30$, as set by the sheriff". The statute on this is 45-2-235

5. Sheriff Mack connived a gun confiscation scheme, in which he could come into your home and confiscate firearms if you have an autistic child. Note that we here support the existing federal and state laws, and that mentally ill individuals are prohibited persons. But Hoss' plan went further than that.
http://www.gulfcoastnewstoday.com/area_news/article_163328ca-5904-11e2-921b-0019bb2963f4.html

6. Mack's Department has a policy of disarming lawful armed citizens during traffic stops, unloading the firearms, and running the serial numbers. While we have no problem with officers securing the firearms for their own safety, we do take issue with gun owners being treated like criminals, because of the fact they are gun owners.

7. Sheriff Mack connived a scheme to keep his antigun policies in place by limiting his opposition during future elections. Sheriff Mack had a law passed for Baldwin County alone to keep freedom loving people from running against him, a right the common man has had well before the United States was even formed.
http://blog.al.com/live/2013/08/debate_heats_up_over_new_quali.html

Folks, this is what we get when we have a politician as a sheriff. These are policies that Obama himself would be proud of. Lets remember that freedom starts at home. Take 5 minutes of your time this week, and contact the NRA-ILA division to ensure Boss Hoss does not get their endorsement. They are very interested.

How does a Sheriff have a law passed?

As I understand it the cc permit in baldwin county also requires you to get signatures of 3 character references. Mack is very anti 2 nd ammendment.

If you read the article he was influential in having it passed just for Baldwin County. He is the Vice President of the Alabama Sheriffs Association which had the bill introduced.

He refused to sign a friend's suppressor app. They made it clear to him that it was their policy not to. Thought it was gonna become a big issue but the police chief was cool about it and he wound up dropping it. Pretty crappy though.

As a lifetime resident of Baldwin County, I can tell you that the article is 100 percent accurate. Mack is admittedly anti-gun.

His good buddy, Tripp Pittman, introduced the bill which disqualifies 99 percent of the public from running against sheriff Mack. It's sad that we are the most conservative county in the state, yet we have this slime ball for a sheriff.

There is a Facebook group called "toss boss hoss" , which has some pretty good info.

That corrupt bastard should be in prison

I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

That and Alabama Open Carry is where I received this information.
There are plenty of Sheriff's across the State that need to be voted out of office.

Alabama Open Carry helped draft the gun control bill and have bragged about it.

BamaCarry.com and BamaCarry on Facebook was formed by members of AOC who got booted for being too conservative about our gun rights.

We supported the original bill introduced by Senator Beason that would have repealed several gun control laws. Then the NRA and AOC met behind closed doors with Ed Henry, the Sheriff's Association and the Business Council to come up with the crap we wound up with.

BamaCarry did not support the final version of the bill. That version enlarged the provisions of the law that the original bill would have repealed.

Baldwin county needs to organize and about 100 to 150 people go into a county building with your legal firearms, permits and see what the old sheriff does. My money is on him crapping his pants. If he is dumb enough to arrest a bunch of you, simply sue the sheriffs dept, the county, and the state. I bet his liberal anti-gun loving ass will be removed from office within a year. Because nothing gets the attention of the state or county like a multi million dollar lawsuit.
