A couple of weeks ago we took a father son team on a hog hunt using our thermal optics. Found out during the hunt that the young man was leaving for Marine Corp boot camp in a few weeks. We all had a great time on the hunt.
After it was over my brother and I discussed what we could do for this young man before he left for PI. We decided to give him another hunt on the house. So brother took him on a combo thermal optic/day spot and stalk hunt Friday. They racked up a great hunt with 15 kills. That young man can really shoot. He killed 5 in one sounder with a bolt action.
Anyway I want to give a BIG shout out to Matt Mims. Thank you young man!
I realize I was an AF guy but SEMPRE FI Matt!
