I'll define it: BMI of 25 or less (kg/m^2). You may be super muscular and fit, but besides that, your ideal weight is likely under 200. BMI is not perfect but it's pretty good. I'd say that BMI is a good way to calculate statistics to profile a general population with similar nutrition and exersice habits. It is a terrible way to profile an individual though. Example - Insurance companies will gig a guy who is 5'9" and 195lbs. who holds multiple world records in powerlifting but stays at 12% bodyfat; or a firefighter that lifts weights; or a high school senior playing linebacker. Another reason to hate the BMI is because the government loves it. Disclaimer: I'm a fatass

Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.
My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

I just got a letter in the mail saying my insurance believes my 'normal' weight is 140-177. Furthermore, they will charge me more on my monthly premiums if I do not get within their range of 'normal'. Don't worry, when the government nationalizes all food production and distribution you'll get your rations delivered and be at your proper weight in no time. The good news is they will be able to keep the Post Office running.

They use BMI, which is garbage. I request for them to do a body fat analysis. My BMI is high because of muscle mass, but my body fat is only 11% which is in the excellent range. They just use BMI because it's easy (706xbodyweight/ height in inches squared). See if you can request having a body fat analysis done by a professional and send it in.

I'm 6'1" I got up to 208, doc said I needed to drop a few pounds, got to about 188. People said I looked sick, asked what's wrong with me. I'm now at 195 and that's a good playing weight for me. At 6' 140lbs. . The 177 sounds good....on the low side, but they say that's your upper. again.
