I feel that he had problems with members,got outta the club and went to get his stuff after being threatened that he couldn't step foot on the property.Cut a lock got his belongings and now he's getting slammed for it.This is just my take on it as I can't see spoiler goin in and vandalizing anything.Im sure Hes got a logical explanation. If that is the case then I'd have done the same thing and if they started smearing my name I'd lay low long enough that I wouldn't be the one suspected when I got even plus some.

Until then, it's probably best that people reserve final judgement of what's going on. Remember, just because it's on the internet, doesn't mean it's true. Same goes for pics as well. Maybe there's a legal explanation, and maybe there isn't. Personally, I'm waiting to see what the law does. If they feel like there's enough evidence to arrest and go forward with prosecution, then I'd say that it's not looking good for Tim. I'm not taking up for him at all. I just think that we can be very quick to jump to conclusions if we are not careful, myself included.
