I have my bow set up to 125 grain tips. Right now it's shooting around 240fps. If I switch to 100 grain heads, how much faster could I expect it to be? And will I have to reset my pins? Or can I just move the whole sight? I'm shooting Carbon Express blue streak arrows with my Bear Charge set at about 58lbs.

You'll gain approximately 1 FPS for each 5 grains lost.

I would say a gain of 5-8 fps if you drop 25 grains. I would reset your pins. You could just move your whole sight and you may not notice much difference at 20-25 yards but you will notice a difference as you start to stretch out your distance.
