Goat meat is a lot like deer meat...lean and healthy, and the best way to eat it is to make it taste like something else! Grind it and season it to replace hamburger in beef soups, small chunks for stew, etc...haven't tried making any jerky or anything with it, yet, but I'll get around to it eventually...
