About the only time I leave the farm is to go into town and fill the company truck up with fuel every two weeks. Not much going here throughout the year.
It takes a long time to grow an old friend.

Usually I just forget about hunting and start fishing. This year I am going to do some post season scouting and mark trees to hang stands and areas to develop a couple small food plots. Setup a few trail cams.
Then, go fishing and wait on Turkey season to get here. It will be my 1st season to try it and I'm excited about it.
If you’re a common sense person, you probably don’t feel you have a home in this world right now. If you’re a Christian, you know you were never meant to.

I usually work in Feb. to get the ground ready for the garden.I till deep and then lime it.The rest of the time I spend repairing my mowers and trimmers from damage done the prior year.I gotta do some repairs on my utility trailer this year also.

I love feb. you can scout without snakes in most cases. I love getting the cams out and see who made it. I will likely fish and work on getting a house built on the farm and sell the one I'm in.

Work. Don't even get to finish deer season before tax season begins. Work a lot of overtime until Apr. 15th, then as I get a chance, I'll start doing some fishin'. Have always wanted to turkey hunt, but just haven't done it.
