So, a man behind the counter of a store that sells ammo said that new ammo will contain primers that will have a lifespan of approx 2 years. Said it is some of Obama's doings. Any truth to this? If so, why hasn't it been on the news? Where is the NRA on this subject?

Seems like that would be a huge liability. Good today and not function tomorrow? Doubt they could get a sudden change in efficiency. It seems that if they try to engineer a primer that loses it's "bang" they would see a bunch of hang fires or squibs. What happens when someone fires a "good" round behind the squib that lodged a projectile in the barrel? Sounds like a good way to get someone hurt/killed.

I call BS on that, for the time being.

I don't know if this particular rumor is legit but I bet 4 years from now ya'll will be a lot less skeptical of stories you hear about schemes Obama is concocting to make owning firearms difficult and expensive.
