x2 on Bowtech Assassin. That is a SWEET bow! Cheaper price point and is right up there with insanity or z7 I love my assassin . My final choice was between the assassin and z7

x2 on Bowtech Assassin. That is a SWEET bow! Cheaper price point and is right up there with insanity or z7 Purely subjective IMO. The assassin does not shoot like an insanity nor does the draw cycle feel as smooth as a Z7 of any variant. Your better off with the vertical compound. However, expect to spend countless hours shooting your new addiction, browsing for new accessories, looking at what I call "bow porn" or archerytalk.com, and recreating any shooting senario possible with the exception of the one senario that you will actually be in when the time comes to shoot that deer. As they all say, my friend your officially ruined.
