Well, I haven't too many analyst in the media giving UGA much hope of knocking off the Gators down in Jacksonville on Saturday. I am afraid that Hurricane Sandy may have an impact on our ability to throw the football.
I for one, believe that we will win this game and hopefully finish the season strong and get a shot at Bama in Atlanta. I think the offensive line determines the winner of this game. If UGA can establish a running game with our two freshmen, that will open up all sorts of things for Murray. The Defense has to show up on Saturday, no question about it. If we can stop the running game of Florida, we win.
UGA - 31
Gators - 17

For the first time ever, muzzie, I agree with everything you just said. Georgia wins this game by double digits IF they take care of the ball.
UGA - 24
JORTS - 13

Florida has a solid team and Driskel is the real deal I think Florida by 10. They had 29yds of offense in the first half against SCAR and went 3 and out 9 times IN A ROW in that game. Real deal? Really?

Georgia, wins this one with ease. I don't think Florida, is the real deal.

My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

Looking at this game a person would think Florida should be able to win but I got me a feeling that Georgia is gonna beat them Gators.

I'm a die hard Georgia fan, but I don't know if I'm going to be very happy today. UF gets better every week and GA doesn't. I feel like we have been very flat since the second half of the UT game. I feel like if Georgia comes out flat today, it could get ugly. Surely they'll be fired up, considering the caliber of this game, but we shall see.

Yep... You can't look at stats alone to understand this Gator football team. You have to understand Will Muschamps coaching philosophy. He is very conservatiive in his approach. He is a ground and pound, with a strong punishing, gap assignment focused defense. Their offensive philosophy is to not take any more risk than neceassary to WIN the game. You haven't seen much from the passing game from UF this year, because they haven't needed it to date. Muschamp is not a run up the score kind of guy, he is only concerned about the W. As you guys know just about every team in the SEC has the atheletes to play anyone close for a few quarters, but Muschamp rotates a ton of players in and out the first half (not panicing if the game is close at the half) to wear down the opponent. They go in at the half and make their adjustments (this staff has done a tremendous making halftime adjustments) and come back out in the second half and just wear folks down. Anybody who thinks the Bulldogs will "win with ease" hasn't watched this Gator team play defense this year. I'm not saying the Gators can't be beat by the Georgia team, but for that to happen UF will have to play their worst SEC game of the year, and Georgia will have to play their best. I predict UF will gash this Georgia defense running for over 200yrds. I think Driskel will pass for around 150 and will run for 70 of those rushing yards to boot. On defense I don't see Georgia running over the Gator D. I think they hold the Bulldogs to less than 100 yards rushing. I think Murray will get his yards, but will throw a few picks in the process. The Gators are in the top 10 in turnover margin in the country. And don't under estimate the importance that special teams has played in the Gators wins this year. They rely on very sound specail teams play to control field postion. I also predict Sturgis will kick a another 50+ yard field goal in this game. In other words, the only way UF loses; is if they give the Bulldogs a couple of easy TD's with turnovers on the Bulldog side of the field. Yes UF was given several easy TD's last week, but the Gators would have won the game without them, that just made the game look more lopsided than it really was...Just my two cents. The difference in this Gator team this year is very solid coaching and a total buy in from this team. Along with the added depth that was needed to execute Muschamps style of play. Gators 30 Bulldogs 13
