no girlie dogs here, but they are my babies. They would eat their food bowl if they could chew stainless steel.

thanks. They are not related. Molly was given to us by her owner because she could not take care of her and she was penned in a small area. We have lots of room at our place and I love German Shepards, so I was tickled to get her. She has already been fixed so I won't be able to get any puppies from her. We got Gunner at 8 weeks old, judging by the size of his feet, he may outgrow Molly when he is her age.

Tell me about German shepards? Im thinking on one after my lab goes. Good with kids? If I get one it will be female. Will it wander or stay on my property like my labs have once trained? And bark when someone pulls up to defend the house when Im not home?

German Shepards are very smart and very loyal, sometimes to a fault. They will be very good with your kids, not so much with strangers. You don't have to worry about it barking when someone pulls up. As soon as they see the dog they will hesitate about getting out of the car. We had German Shepards when I was a kid and we had to be very careful when a stranger came into the yard. they were all very protective of us. I work night shifts and weekends so it's peace of mind for my wife knowing there is a large 'mean looking' dog looking after things while she is here alone. Molly wouldn't hurt a fly, but at least she looks the part.

Who's gonna trust the care of their animal with a shady character like you. For goodness sakes, you might be only interested in the dogs feet.

I figured that's what you were shooting for. I have a friend who has a Papillion. They're smart dogs.

Molly can sense weirdness in people. She probably wouldn't take to you.

I had a 104 lb american bulldog that wouldnt eat out of his bowl, he would turn the bowl over and eat off of the ground...crazy animals.
