James OP Freak of Nature Joined: Jun 2013 Posts: 52,919 Gee's Bend/At The Hog Pen	Had some leftover pork so decided to cook few links of Boudin (shocker i know) with casing removed with half an onion, nxt added rest of smoked pork with 5 eggs. Cooked then blended all together and topped with some cheese and diced jalapeños. All had on hand was some Naan bread and it worked just (help of twine for pic 😉) fine. Ain't gonna lie i hurt myself, cause i ate it all lol... Do not regret growing older, it's a privilege denied to many!
