Cooked till hit 160 then wrapped, pulled at 201 and put in my little roadie and let 'er go for probably 5 hours, she was still almost too hot to pull in the middle with bare hands lol. Anyways whipped up some creole slaw, homemade bb pickles, and 2nd day couldn't decide ifn i just wanted sliders, so decided to go with both lol. Do not regret growing older, it's a privilege denied to many!
