Well this obviously goes on in Alabama too and is legal correct ?
I've caught GW on trail cam a few times here in the last 5 years on my land (private). I figure he was trying to get to the lease beside me because of the location where my cams caught him, the direction he was headed and the fact that he never sought me out to have a conversation or check me in a stand.

I don't know if they put Game Cams out in AL but I do know that they used to walk land looking for corn. Now I guess they would walk land and look for feeders and if interested go back to see if the person bought their Corning Permit. All legal and within their policies and procedures. To be clear, the Open Field Doctrine covers the whole U.S.. TN's lower court decision will have to work its way up to the SCOTUS if they will take up the case.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.
