Yall got any ?

Been looking for a good one myself.My two go to brands at Rouse's have washed up! I dunno wth is going on, but they haven't had none in stock in a long time. I've tried few other brands but they aren't the same. The one's at Buckys are some count, might have to send the Wife back over there soon if we don'tmake any lol...But yeah i dunno if more people are buying or what, but I talked to some food truck people the other day about 'em, and they said can't keep enough of em for one of their specialty burgers they do, they'll sell out quick..

I got a bunch of japs growing and I sure do like em. It's almost like they are canned in jelly or something.

Finally made some last night for the first time. You're upposed to wait a week before you eat em though. I took a recipe online and freestyled it some by slightly reducing the amount of sugar in the pickling recipe and then substituting it with some blackberry jam. Also threw in a cinnamon stick to the pickle sauce to add a little flavor while boiling. . I did try one or two before sealing the jars and those are a hot for a jalapeño.

Wife canned up 4 jars tonight, and Man takes purty good bit of Penners to make 'em lol
