I'm a big believer in quality shoes and insoles. Guess I'm needing some NEW ones, cause knees are aching and twitching.

I've been using Aetrex L400 in my casual work shoes but they are worn out!

PowerStep, Spinco, and Aetrex are three I'm familiar with.

Any suggestions or opinions on ones you've used?

Last 12-15 years I worked I used Powerstep , they made a great difference on concrete . I still use them in some boots.

Went to barefoot shoes a couple of years ago and all my foot issues went away.

Where do you go to find these insoles? I assume a real show/boot store?

I quit wearing shoes a couple of years ago and all of my foot problems went away. Only wear Crocs when having to dress up. Other than that it’s just bare feet. Feet are healthy and happy.

I went to Fleet Feet store here in Montgomery for the Aertyx and ordered a pair of Spinco for my Crispis.
