ts1979flh OP 10 point Joined: Jul 2007 Posts: 3,211 Moulton	Butterflied chicken legs marinated in lime juice, orange juice and spices..Grilled on the Primo and served with rice and beans. The recipe called the chicken Pollo Asada. Turned out really good.

ts1979flh OP 10 point Joined: Jul 2007 Posts: 3,211 Moulton	Here's the recipe I followed for the marinade. I had to order the achiote paste online. I used bottled lime juice and orange juice. I also ended up using an immersion blender to break up the paste in the marinade. Pollo Asado Marinade
