My 1974 Remington 1100 works for me.

Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.

My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

.
In that most of the patents have long since expired, I expect you can find either original gas designs or ineritia, or any number of knock-offs, at various price points. I'd research to see which ones are rated dependable, then find what fits. Good luck with your search.

Smoothest shotgun I own is my browning gold. The 3.5 inch golds are crap, but the 3 inch ones are great. SX3 or SX4s are nice too. Though I like the browning silver better for fit and finish.

My son has the A300 and it shoots smooth too. Im not as big of a fan of the M2 but most people love their's.

You picked a fine shotgun! Can’t go wrong with that pick.

I think I would go with a beretta a400 xplor action with wood furniture. M2s are great too. So many great options I need to quit looking at new scatterguns. I tote and kill everything but turkeys with a cynergy though.

I’m fine with some Beretta semis, up to the 391. The Franchi offerings are usually better in some ways. I feel like the Stoeger 3000/3020 gets you all a Benelli will ever be, at least for functional reliability. I also feel like half the cost of most any Benelli is to cover the marketing, not get you any more gun. The Browning Gold/Silver/Maxus/SX2/3/4 design is a great gas design. I think Beretta’s QC is not what it was since the 390/391. None of them are as reliable and durable as an original Auto 5, and the new A5 is pretty darn good for an inertia gun.

Well let us know if you like it that much better than the A300. I still can't figure out why yall didn't like it. Yall were putting the flat end on your shoulder and pointing the long skinny end at the target right?
