Well I guess it’s time to do something. Wife has slept in recliner last 3 nights. I’ve been running the turkey woods pretty hard so I guess I’m in a coma when I’m sleeping and it’s running her out. What devices have y’all tried? I hear about that ZYPPAH thing with the obnoxious commercials but I’m about ready to try something.

I tried all the gimmicks- nothing really works. CPAP I hear is best. The cause as I read is when your lower jaw opens and your tongue rolls back toward your throat, . Mouthpiece may work for you or something that keeps your tongue forward... I spit the bit just about every night so it wasn't a good solution for me. We did get a bed that raises your head and shoulders up if it "detects" snoring. How I do not know. It seemed to help my case... She says I always snore worse after I have been to hunting camp a few days or on a long business trip.

CPAP, ear plugs, great pillow from my pillow and I sleep on my side.
Just because you are lean and trim Benji doesn’t mean that you can’t have sleep apnea. Go have a sleep study done.

I started taping my mouth shut at night and it’s stopped my snoring and helped me sleep way better. I’ll bet your O2 is dropping down below 88%.
