Well I guess it’s time to do something. Wife has slept in recliner last 3 nights. I’ve been running the turkey woods pretty hard so I guess I’m in a coma when I’m sleeping and it’s running her out. What devices have y’all tried? I hear about that ZYPPAH thing with the obnoxious commercials but I’m about ready to try something.

Well Bamaeyedoc, I’ve tried several things that never worked; the wife even propped my cods off of my A-hole, said I was sucking for air, Lol. I have sleep apnea, so the CPAP machine is what fixed my snoring. Not sure how to combat the snoring besides that.

Me putting in ear plugs has helped with Mrs. Irish's snoring.

I tried all the gimmicks- nothing really works. CPAP I hear is best. The cause as I read is when your lower jaw opens and your tongue rolls back toward your throat, . Mouthpiece may work for you or something that keeps your tongue forward... I spit the bit just about every night so it wasn't a good solution for me.
We did get a bed that raises your head and shoulders up if it "detects" snoring. How I do not know. It seemed to help my case... She says I always snore worse after I have been to hunting camp a few days or on a long business trip.

CPAP is where it’s at. Will totally change your life if you have apnea. If you wake up and within an hour or so feel like your still worn out, you probably have apnea and need a sleep study.

I went to my Dr and she got me scheduled for a sleep study. I've had a CPAP for the last 8 years and it has changed my life.
I can get a good nights sleep as well as having clear head during the day.
Schedule an appointment!!!

CPAP, ear plugs, great pillow from my pillow and I sleep on my side.

Just because you are lean and trim Benji doesn’t mean that you can’t have sleep apnea. Go have a sleep study done.

Yea I would see a sleep doctor. My oxygen was measured at 57% the one night they checked. Heard of a guy last week that died from it.

CPAP. I know you don’t want to hear it but you need a sleep study.

I started taping my mouth shut at night and it’s stopped my snoring and helped me sleep way better.
