What you need to do now is take the chili stew and wrap it in a tortilla like a burrito and fry it. Out west this turns a burrito into a Burro and is some of the best eating you can get. If you ever find yourself in Casa Grande AZ there is a little place across the street from the high school called Little Sombrero that served the absolute best Green Chili Burros around. My grandmother's were second.
A hint if you make your own: Use Hatch Chilis. Best in the world. You can order them from New Mexico or buy them canned. It will be worth it.
A place in Fayetteville serves Green chili stew. It's next on my list to try.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.
