I’d try FB marketplace. 10 years ago when I was moving I sold a crappy looking 110” deer on Craigslist that a coworker gave me. I posted it on Craigslists as a joke to my wife and some guy drove from Calera to Jasper to pick it up for $125 and ask if I had any more for sale. This mount had been in my basement for a few years and looked really rough.

I appreciate the advice. I will get my wife to list them on FB marketplace also.

What's the story on the turtle?

Ha!! Turtle is definitely not for sale. My father-in-law got that from his father when he was a kid. He gave it to my son probably 10 yrs ago…..my son is now 25, still loves that ole turtle mount. Never heard what led to the turtles early demise.

Have they sold? They'd be worth having the horns swapped if anyone had some rocks laying around they want to get mounted but didnt
