LAdies and gentleman of the Jambalaya Jury, I submit to you that this Jambalaya entry, while at first glance seems meet the requirements of a Jambalaya, upon further review it has been noted and confirmed by the owner of the entry, that shredded cheese is present inside the dish. Now, therefore, it pleases the court and the Food Forum, that we have a new and excited member contributing lots of entries, however if we dont have rules and standards, then we just have a kangaroo court. The good people of the food forum must return a swift and clear and just verdict that this entry in fact does not meet the requirements of Jambalaya, violates truth in advertising laws, and looks more like something you would get at Bojangles drive through at 1:45 am.
There is no intention to discourage future entries from the violating entry submitter, however, this forum must maintain minimum standards in order to learn, grow and move on.

We running like a Mexican blend cheese in our jambalaya??? I gotta say, it’s an amazingly poor look. Red beans and rice pass the test imo
