On its face w/o more details/pictures it seems like a good deal It has a few bumps and dings but I don't think it is hurt. And some light paint issues. But it is a 2003.

Ok. Change the mileage. 80k on engine. 350k on original truck with new transfer case. 4wd works as it should. Ya I would still buy it assuming you have a need for the vehicle

Ok. Change the mileage. 80k on engine. 350k on original truck with new transfer case. 4wd works as it should. I'd be careful. Unless he has maintained it perfectly. Rear-ends, transmissions, and transfer cases are super high right now. One of those goes out and you'll have more $$ in the parts than the truck is worth. 350k on the body and interior and you are going to start chasing issues (AC/blower/instument panel/SENSORS). No doubt the 4l60e had already been replaced at least once. So, knowing the quality of the rebuild is also something to worry about. Ive owned 3 different GM trucks that I drove more than 300k on. 2 with original drivetrains. But lots of preemptive maintainance is involved. My buddy just bought a perfect looking 2005 sierra 4x4 with 106k for $7800. That is a much better deal than the one you are looking at and there are more out there like that. Just my 2¢.

Mine is 4 years older and a Chevy. Came out of Lowes one day last year. Ol gentleman was looking it over. Ask of it was mine. Yup. Offered me 10K for it. Told him I couldn't part with it. Wrote his name and number on back of one of my cards. Said if I ever decided to get ride of it he'd pay me cash.

I look at ot little different on the used truck. If you buy it for $3500 drive it a year then sell it for say $2500 that's 83 bucks a month if you don't have to put anything in it. If I can drive a truck for under 200 bucks a month your way under the average. I'm going on year three on a 2006 I paid 3500 on. Other than oil changes I've got about 200 dollars in parts. I m pretty sure if I put it up for sale for what I paid it wouldn't make to Monday.
