Jus leased 165 acres in Perry county for $5 an acre. Went and looked at it. It looks promising joins a landlocked 40 of NF and boarders around a 750 acre NF that’s surrounded by private land except for the east with one rd in it. Maybe it will turn out to be decent. Great find and good luck! Keep us updated.

Be careful what you share online, that sounds like its enough info for someone to figure out exactly where you're hunting and then lease it out from under you...Best of luck with the lease  This...loose lips sink ships very fast
