Damn nice!

Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.

My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

Looks delicious! Try that tuna without adding any heat to it next time. It’s great that way.

Ever notice... Cooking Tuna steaks at home it's hard to get the nice crust you see at better eating establishments?

I've been working on that. I think it takes a super dry tuna steak, a VERY HOT cast iron skillet with come VERY HOT oil in it.

Tuna steaks are like chicken breasts. Very hard to hit that sweet spot. You tend to either under cook or over cook them.

Looks delicious.

Yep. I’ve not perfected them but have gotten better. I have found that seasoning after flipping really helps the steak to make contact with the pan and get a better sear.

About 45 seconds on each side and I'm ready. Can't make myself eat it raw.....

It really depends on the species, where the cut came from, and the fat content in the tuna. I prefer it raw with spicy mayo and soy sauce. But if I do cook it, sear it in a hot pan with steak seasoning. Just enough to make a little done crust on it. The majority of it is still raw on the inside. But everyone is different.

Very nice plate but that's not a side of Makers that's a full load!
