I've done some googling but can't find something specific to this particular issue, hoping the Aldeer braintrust can assist.

I've got a couple of spinner baits that I can't get to run right. One runs through the water leaned over at about 45*.....the other constantly spins (think like a bullet shot out of a rifle'd barrel). The faster I reel, the faster it rotates. If it counts, the one that rotates non-stop has a swim bait trailer on it. The one that was just running leaned over at a 45* angle didn't have a trailer on it when I tried.

Make sure that the wire coming out of the head is straight and lines up with the hook point when you look at it head on, then take the blade wire and pinch it down to make sure that where it meets the o-ring on the back blade is in-line with the point of the hook too. If they are not, bend them slightly, in the opposite direction of the way that the bait is rolling.

Lastly, If you're running a trailer on it, make sure that it is rigged perfectly straight on the hook and the hook shank is running down the dead middle of the trailer and not off to one side or another.

Adding weight to the hook can help as well if everything is straight. Smaller blades too or maybe swapping a willow from a Colorado blade. Bending wire towards hook as well. It’s of no use if it’s running off kilter so making into a new version at least salvages it.
