This is fried rice, bok choy, edemame, sriracha tofu jalapeños and cucumber for my vegan wife. I would agree the presentation is lacking and I would not have posted. I can see you are still angry about being out marketed

BPI you are showing your lack of true cullinary knowledge, the dish and its subsequent presentation are quite nice and would score high marks, the quail egg appears to be cooked to perfection and the placement of the ingredients pleases the eye, however a dish that exudes this level of simplicity while also showcasing modest sophistication to the trained eye, is in fact extremely impressive and masterfully executed, however, should not be served on a paper plate, and that was his only error, and I would have loved to seen some kind of sauce accompanied with the dish, perhaps a light vinnegrate or green goddess

A different plate and some better lighting would help a lot.
