Westervelt goes up 3% every year. Eventually 3% is a lot of money. But the crazy thing is if I let it go they will lease it for less than I’m paying now. I guess being good stewards of their land means absolutely nothing to them

Westervelt goes up 3% every year. Eventually 3% is a lot of money. But the crazy thing is if I let it go they will lease it for less than I’m paying now. I guess being good stewards of their land means absolutely nothing to them Yeah, I’ve never quite understood their philosophy. Go up every year, but if it is dropped it goes back down to the starting point
