It has a roof AC, heater, TV, full bathroom, outdoor shower, gas and electric refrigerator, awning, and tons of storage for a small camper. Both tables make beds. The rear one is a full size. It is equipped with Casitas high lift axle and 15" wheels and comes with a weight distribution hitch. Weighing just under 2,400 lbs and having brakes, you can safely pull this little guy with almost anything. I'm selling it for my mother-in-law. She's the second owner. Camper has been maintained and well cared for. Located in Guntersville, AL. Don't make fun of my write up, I copied my Facebook post. 😀 Asking $14,500
