Just tested my new driver in the yard, took about 30 seconds or less to drive an 18" cable stake. I bought the driver end from F&T and had a buddy Weld it to one end of a metal rod and the drive end of a SDS chisel he cut off on the other. My Ryobi SDS Hammer Drill handles it no problem. In really hard ground I'd probably use a large masonry bit in the SDS drill to punch a pilot hole.
As a bonus, it saves my shoulder from swinging that big Eastwing hammer driving the anchors.

You can buy them from Stalker Fabrications. I’ll probably get one of his SDS augers.
