Sitting in the air port in San Juan and ready to be back in gods country aka Northeast Alabama. Wife and myself just spent 7 days cruising the islands. I’ve never been on a cruise, it’s neat, but not exactly my pace. We are on a premier dealers trip with one of our suppliers. They paid all expenses, otherwise I’m not sure I’d spend my own money for a cruise to this place.

I stayed away from technology the best I could for the 7 days, I’m sure I didn’t miss to much here. Hope everyone has been doing well.

Everybody talks about the food on the cruises but I found it to be just like a hibachi buffet here in Montgomery.

It be's that way sometimes.

My wife has tried to get me to go on one for years since we’ve been empty nesters. But I don’t go anywhere that I can’t take a pistol and my truck. Plus I don’t like strangers and boats that I’m not operating.

The restaurants on this one, Virgin Cruises (Valiant Lady), was phenomenal. The downside was that by the time we were able to download our APP that you reserve everything through, the majority of bookings were already took. They also had a food court type of area, it was exactly as you’d expect a food court type to be

Not a fan of cruises or the beach. My wife loves both of them.

I don't understand the enjoyment of being trapped on a ship for 7-10 days or being at a sandy beach doing nothing other than looking at waves or a sunset. And having sand everywhere. Fking sand.

That’s what this group normally does, but for some reason they opted to go on a cruise this year. Too busy for me. The next two trips are booked at all inclusive in Costa Rica
