Do you need to bush hog and disc before doing so, or does it actually matter?.

I ALSO WILL NEED TO FIND A GOOD SPREADER What are you planting for dove? I used to do millet but wouldnt sow until early June, you should have time. Millet sure likes the fertilizer.
