Terrible. Sick as a dog first part of season, 2 1/2 weeks in Utah over Xmas doing father/grandfather duties, a cardiac ablation, a fall the next day that put me on a walker for three weeks and I am over it. Hunted this morning, saw a pile of deer and am not even going to hunt this afternoon.

My season was a complete Milroe. Fulls of highs and lows and unreached potential.

Mine was good for the most part. Nobody got hurt, a couple deer got killed and we had fun. And possibly will have a good patch of land added for next season.

One of the best we’ve ever had, despite having the worst food plots I’ve ever had.

Good. We killed 2 of our 4 target bucks. Son is still trying to get another one.

As good as expected. Joined a little club (500 acres) for the turkey hunting. Was supposed to have 4 members instead they have 6 plus a 16 year old grandson of a member that’s hunted way more than I have. And if it’s brown it’s down. But I ended up with a mature 8point and a doe with bow. And my son got a spike his first buck. But the turkey hunting is worth it. It’s loaded and I’m the only turkey hunter.

Good, saved a minimum of 3000 not joining the club and killed a buck and doe at the house

Good year for me far as deer sightings go. Would of liked to had more tracking calls but I guess I always feel that way.

Started out rough. I sat out most of muzzy week i took off - rain and every other day switching winds. For me - first 10 plus weeks was swirl winds about 90 plus % of time - was mind blowing. Sat out several other hunts and pushed some i should hav not sat. Made a bad decision and shot a future stud last 2 Min legal.
Got lucky late season amd shot my top deer on my lease for 3rd straight year. Ended up being one of my finest - lot of mass - early score 124 5/8 - bigger than i scored him by looking at pic - bigger in person

Started rough but has to be one of my best - mounting him - been long time - done several skull mounts - long time since done a shoulder mount
I limed late (august) fields turned dark green in January. My first time liming but i guess lime turned em dark green and may help me grow deer bettr i am guessing than the 4.1-4.5 ph i was running

Hunt the wind - leave it better than you found it - love your neighbor as you love your self

From what I saw , I didn't hunt it. looks good here . I had fair deer just roaming around in my yard

If I can get my hip better or maybe get some body to help with a few things I'm hunting next year .
Thinking about finding somebody that wants help with a garden too.

Outstanding!!! Considering we have way to many does and not a high enough buck limit. We’ll just keep playing the hands we’re dealt!! We did once again eat very well. Which is the most important part of deer season.

Great. I hunted with all 3 of my daughters and killed 3 bucks on 2 different pieces of public land.

Good for me. Killed one target buck (wide 7 pt) and a doe. Passed on a bunch of bucks, a couple should be studs next season.

Best I’ve ever had in Texas worst I’ve ever had in Alabama. In Alabama I haven’t clicked the safety off on a mature buck yet. I have been fighting hogs all year and having to shoot does to keep my property in check while all the bucks I have been seeing and letting go the neighbors are taking care of them
