Got 2 whole birds thawing out. Thinking about a sweet tea brine then throwing them on the grill. Anybody got anything else? I've only had pheasant once before in my life, I remember liking it but can't for the life of me remember how it was prepared.

Stuff the breast with cream cheese and jalapeño peppers wrap in bacon. I’ll put it in a marinade on some tin foil and throw on the grill and you can’t beat it

They are fine but I've never cooked a whole one. Make lemon pepper breast several times

I slow cooked the ones I had. See my last “camp eats” post. Easy and delicious.

They are easy to overcook and dry out so just be careful about that.

I quarter the whole bird.....soak in Buttermilk.....dredge in flower....fry. Mix a can or 2 of mushroom soup in a Crockpot.....put in mixture and cook on low all day. It'll fall off the bone!!

They dress out more like a rabbit than a chicken. Imagine a rabbit with tits instead of front legs.

Yep. They’ll be tough as Tarzan’s feet if you over cook them.
